Holmes/Gallagher F-150 rally truck takes 2nd in Nationals

The rally team of Bill Holmes & Sean Gallagher took the new 2008 Ford F-150 Rally truck out for a test run at the NASA National Rally Cross in Ridgecrest, CA. on Saturday and Sunday November 15 & 16, 2008.

In Saturdays race the team of Holmes/Gallagher were off to a good run, four races were run for 2 wheel drive and Bill and Sean were 3rd for the day after knoking down a 10 second penalty cone.
In Sundays race the team of Holmes/Gallagher had a 3 race schedule, with the team winning every race, after the total times scored and the penalties added, the team of Bill Holmes and Sean Gallagher took home a Second Overall in the 2 Wheel Drive Open Rally Class for the 2008 NASA National Rally Cross Championship.
When asked what happened in Saturdays races, Bill Holmes said "the truck is new and I'm still getting used to it for Rally Cross" this was the teams first and only Rally Cross in the new truck.
The morning after the new truck was completed the team won 1st. open 2 Wheel Drive at the Gorman Ridge Rally August 15-17, 2008. Holmes said "the new truck is awsome, fast and handles really good."
