I checked out your site and looks like your getting it ok. You might need to make some layout adjustments so things will format onto the page correctly, no big deal there.
Just add some table code to the body area of your .html page and move things into them. You can resize them although often times firefox, IE, and Opera will resize to what you have in the table.
The sample code has three areas and is invisible but you can change the color and border texture. you can also split these and make more or less tables.

Helps to have a good progam for writing HTML but a simple text editor can do it for you too.
As far as getting a camera online there are many ways this is done. Some Cameras have built in web servers (IP based), others do not have this but just provide a live picture into the computer that has the hardware for the cam (ie 1394, USB, serial, or Video capture interface and so-on).
We will need to know what camera setup you have to offer some ideas as to how to go about adding a live picture.
