Bill Holmes signs deal with Carter bros. motorsports to split the driving duties in the 2007 and 2008 Best in the Desert series, driving an 2007 Desert Dynamics class one car with a 650 HP LS-7 motor.
Phil and Kevin Carter will also drive with Bill Holmes in the 2007 Formula RallyX rallycross series driving Bills 2006 2nd place championship rally truck, Bill says the team is currently building an 2008 Ford Ranger Rallycross truck with a mid engine 510 HP motor, the three drivers will be testing the new truck at rallyX events about mid year.
